Our BREAD

Our bread and flatbreads have 3 simple ingredients: FLOUR, WATER, and SALT. No yeast, no additives, no preservatives. Our 60-year-old starter named Trisha is at the heart of all of our bread and pizza dough. We bake with organic, non-GMO flours and our 36-72 hour fermentation helps with easy digestion. We hand mix our doughs for a crackley crumb and texture. By using ancient techniques, we create a simple yet complex loaf. With time, patience, love, and respect, we try to create breads that eaters will not forget.

Offering Retail bread!

Starting at 5PM Wednesday through Sunday. Offering basic sourdough boules and a baker’s choice specialty boule. Stop by and get a loaf or two! First come first serve.
